Information Security Manager

We are seeking an experienced Information Security Manager to join our team at AB Agri. As a key member of our Business Technology Services (BTS) team, you will be responsible for the effective management of a small team of consultants and the development of Information Security services to our Business Units (BUs).
Key Responsibilities- Engage and advise BU senior security stakeholders, providing relevant advice and guidance on Information and Cyber Security services.
- Ensure the team adopts a Continuous Improvement mindset, with the ability to be open to new ideas and develop new ways of working.
- Innovate and continuously improve existing security products/services, as well as develop new products/services.
- Produce technical standards, best practices, and deliver security function briefings to BUs, Corporate Centre, and BTS teams.
- Develop skills and knowledge within the team and into the wider security teams.
- Develop a comprehensive BU profile and leverage Threat Intelligence to refine Security Risk Management techniques and Cyber Security improvements.
- Scale the team to accommodate business growth.
- Extensive knowledge of IT and OT technical environments with experience of advising on relevant security controls covering people, processes, and technology within large complex organisations.
- Expert understanding of information security standards and best practice, including ISO 27001:2013 and the NIST Cyber Security Framework.
- The ability to understand and operate across multiple security models, strategies, and plans.
- Knowledge of current and emerging security trends and benefits.
- Ability to present and articulate technically complex work clearly to stakeholders in a variety of formats to different technical levels and audience types.
- Self-motivated, self-disciplined, used to acting on own initiative and taking ownership.
- Adept at working collaboratively, contributing to shared goals in a engaging, constructive, and motivational manner.
- Demonstrable leadership and project management skills.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with BU security teams and the wider BTS teams.
- Excellent customer engagement and service values.
- Demonstrable understanding of the benefits of collaboration and alignment, able to leverage the scale and capabilities of ABF group.
