About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Information Security Consultancy Manager to join our team at AB Agri. As a key member of our Business Technology Services (BTS) team, you will be responsible for managing a small team of consultants and developing Information Security services to our Business Units (BUs).
Key Responsibilities
- Engage and advise BU senior security stakeholders on relevant security controls and best practices.
- Ensure the team adopts a Continuous Improvement mindset and develops new ways of working.
- Innovate and improve existing security products and services.
- Develop technical standards and best practices for BU, Corporate Centre, and BTS teams.
- Develop skills and knowledge within the team and wider security teams.
- Develop comprehensive BU profiles and leverage Threat Intelligence to refine Security Risk Management techniques.
- Scale the team to accommodate business growth.
Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of IT and OT technical environments with experience advising on relevant security controls.
- Expert understanding of information security standards and best practices, including ISO 27001:2013 and the NIST Cyber Security Framework.
- Ability to understand and operate across multiple security models, strategies, and plans.
- Knowledge of current and emerging security trends and benefits.
- Ability to present and articulate technically complex work clearly to stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, self-disciplined, and able to act on own initiative.
- Adept at working collaboratively and contributing to shared goals.
- Demonstrable leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent customer engagement and service values.
