Job Overview

This role involves covering lessons across a range of core subjects in a secondary school setting. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a school setting and strong behaviour management and communication skills.

Responsibilities & Requirements
  • Covering lessons across a range of core subjects in a secondary school setting
  • Ensuring students maintain focus and continue their understanding of the curriculum
  • Implementing behaviour management strategies to maintain a productive classroom environment
  • Adapting teaching approaches to meet the varying needs of students
  • Working closely with teachers to ensure smooth transitions between lessons
  • 2:1 degree or higher from a top 20 UK University in a core subject
  • Experience working in a school setting (e.g. academic mentor, teaching assistant, etc.)
  • Strong behaviour management and communication skills
  • Patience, resilience, and a passion for supporting students' learning
Benefits & Salary

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £450-500 per week, paid via PAYE, along with a supportive Senior Leadership Team committed to your professional growth and full training provided.
