Job Description:

We are seeking an Academic Instruction Assistant to join our team at beBee Professionals in Dagenham. As a key member of our school's instructional team, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and ensuring students receive high-quality instruction during teacher absences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support teachers in delivering lesson plans, promoting student engagement and understanding.
  • Manage classrooms effectively, maintaining a safe and productive learning environment.
  • Establish positive relationships with students, providing individualized support and feedback.
  • Contribute to ongoing assessment and evaluation of student progress, informing teaching strategies.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a school setting is preferred but not essential; however, a strong understanding of instructional best practices is crucial.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse classroom environments.
  • A valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one is mandatory.
