Retention Officer Lead

As a key member of the Global Banking School team, you will play a vital role in supporting student retention and success. Reporting to the Head of Student Retention, you will work closely with Retention Managers, Student Success Tutors, and academic staff to help students overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Relationship Officers (ROs) in monitoring student progress, identifying at-risk learners, and implementing targeted interventions.
- Collaborate with Student Success Tutors to enhance engagement, attendance, and withdrawal detection strategies.
- Coordinate annual leave for assigned tutors and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, informing strategic decisions to support student success.
Requirements:
- a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on student-centered outcomes
The estimated salary for this position is £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
