About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Fabric Engineer to join our team in a mobile role, covering Central London. As a Fabric Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned building and fabric maintenance tasks, ensuring accurate records of works planned and completed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned building and fabric maintenance tasks as per program.
  • Keep accurate auditable records of works planned and completed.
  • Cover a range of tasks, including masonry, carpentry, ironmongery, roof repairs, and kitchen fitting.
  • Take a proactive approach to Health & Safety in the work environment.
  • Be flexible and undertake other reasonable duties to accommodate operational requirements.

Requirements:

  • Experience of planned preventative maintenance and reactive works/tasks completed within KPIs.
  • Experience in domestic, commercial, or industrial fabric engineering.
  • Repairs following a Periodic Electrical Installation Condition Report.
  • Experience of planned preventative maintenance and reactive works/tasks completed within KPIs.

Desirable Skills:

  • IPAF
  • MEWP
  • BM Trada/Fire Door Experience
  • Plastering ability
  • Masonry training
  • Locksmith Training
