About the Job
In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from existing customers considering leaving Sky. You will use your exceptional sales skills to identify opportunities and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Your Responsibilities
* Handle inbound calls from existing customers considering cancelling all or part of their Sky subscription
* Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and meet or exceed sales targets
* Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
