Job Summary

About the Role

We are committed to providing a supportive and comprehensive return to practice program for Paramedics. As a Return to Practice Paramedic Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a registered Paramedic and gain hands-on experience in a clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply clinical reasoning and patient-centered goal setting approach to provide therapeutic treatment programs under supervision.
  • Be responsible for a clinical caseload and assist registered Paramedics in carrying out individual treatment plans.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions as part of a multi-professional team within an agreed scope of practice.
  • Deliver, plan, and implement effective and competent therapy programs under direction and supervision.
Person Specification

We are looking for a Paramedic with a recognized degree and HCPC registration. Previous experience as a clinical Paramedic is essential, as is the ability to work independently under guidance and supervision.
