About the Role
KD Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled Credit Control Specialist to join their team. As a Credit Control Specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers to resolve payment issues and provide excellent customer service.
- Send invoices and statements to customers on a regular basis.
- Chase outstanding payments and resolve any disputes or queries.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports for management.
- Perform bank reconciliations and other financial tasks as required.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role or credit control position.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Sage accounting software.
- Ability to work in a team environment and maintain confidentiality.
Working Conditions
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
- Car parking available on site.
- Working in an open-plan office environment.
