About Us:
Progressive Recruitment, a leading recruitment agency in the renewable energy sector, is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager for a client based in Cardiff. As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing live working environments and M&E retrofit projects while contributing to decarbonisation efforts.

Job Description:
The successful candidate will have relevant degree-level qualifications or equivalent experience, with a proven track record of managing live working environments. You will also have technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical-related systems used across various structures/sites, as well as the renewable energy sector, including LED lighting, Solar PV, heat pumps, and fume cupboard installations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating all aspects of assigned projects from start-up through close-out phases
- Managing site safety procedures during construction activities ensuring compliance with relevant regulations standards adhered onsite such CDM/DSEAR/MHSW Regs
- Maintaining communication flow between key stakeholders throughout each phase until final completion

Salary Information:
We are offering a salary range of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a competitive salary, reflecting the importance of this role in our client's business.

Location:
The position is based in Cardiff, with regular travel to project sites across South Wales.
