New Homes Sales Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at a North East house builder. This is a permanent full-time position with normal working hours from Thursday to Monday.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain an excellent knowledge of developments and advise customers on construction and completion dates.
  • Ensure show homes and surrounding areas are maintained to a high standard.
  • Complete demonstrations of properties and achieve reservations in line with sales targets.
  • Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately to ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Liaise with solicitors and financial advisers to progress the sale quickly and smoothly.
  • Report into the Sales Manager and assist customers with interior and exterior choices.
Requirements:
  • Previous new build sales experience is essential.
Remuneration:

£31,500 basic plus commission.
