Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Branch Manager and team in day-to-day duties, ensuring the efficient running of the branch.
  • Supervise the hire desk and drivers' schedules, guaranteeing timely delivery and collection of all assets.
  • Support the workshop in ensuring all assets are in good working order and any repairs are managed effectively.
  • Awareness of the branch's Profit and Loss (P&L) with a proactive approach to maximizing it.
  • Assist in ensuring sound compliance of the branch, supporting all administrative duties.
  • Ensure branch colleagues are trained and developed effectively to perform their roles.
Requirements
  • Experience of working in a supportive role.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
