Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Senior HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team at BRAMAH HR LTD. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in driving business outcomes, improving employee experiences, and fostering a positive work culture.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic HR plans, aligning with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Partner with senior leaders to design and implement effective HR programs, driving business growth and profitability.
  • Lead cross-functional projects, leveraging expertise in HR systems, audit procedures, and regulatory compliance.
  • Provide expert guidance on Employee Relations matters, ensuring timely resolution of complex issues.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Contribute to the development of company-wide policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with best practices.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in HR leadership roles, with a strong track record of success.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Deep understanding of HR systems, audit procedures, and regulatory compliance.
  • Able to think strategically, with a focus on driving business outcomes and growth.

Salary: £42,000 - £52,000 per annum.
