About the Role
As an Assistant Buyer, you will be responsible for sourcing materials and services efficiently and cost-effectively, supporting the procurement team in ensuring timely delivery of materials to site. The ideal candidate should possess previous experience or education in procurement or construction, with strong organisational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and purchasing materials, equipment, and services for projects
- Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and subcontractors
- Supporting the preparation of purchase orders and procurement schedules
- Monitoring delivery schedules to ensure timely supply of materials to site
- Researching and identifying new suppliers to improve cost and quality
- Resolving supplier issues and ensuring adherence to quality standards
- Maintaining accurate procurement records and documentation

Salary Information
