We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Temporary Executive Assistant and Business Administrator to join our prestigious professional medical organisation in London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the President and other senior leaders, ensuring seamless execution of their duties.
  • Manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support governance processes, including committee administration and preparation of formal minutes.
  • Draft and respond to communications, maintaining a professional tone and flow of information.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in senior-level administrative and secretariat roles, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive mindset.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office365, MS Teams, and Zoom, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • Familiarity with healthcare, NHS, or professional membership environments is highly desirable.
