We are looking for skilled and empathetic individuals to join our team as Personal Assistants in the Lanark and Carluke area. As a Personal Assistant, you will work closely with individuals living in their own homes, supporting them with daily tasks and promoting their independence.
With no prior experience in care required, we welcome applications from individuals with transferable skills and a passion for delivering exceptional care. Our team provides ongoing support and development opportunities to ensure you achieve your full potential.
The Role
You will be responsible for assisting individuals with medication management, personal care, and household chores. You will also help them maintain their independence and participate in activities that promote their well-being.
Requirements:
- Female applicants who drive with access to their own vehicle
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Benefits:
- Competitive salary: £22,500 - £26,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
