Global Payroll Operations Manager

Identify Solutions is working with a global leader in sustainable telecom network solutions to find a skilled Global Payroll and Systems Manager.
About the Role:This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company that operates in multiple regions, including the UK, EMEA, and APAC. As a Global Payroll and Systems Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing payroll operations across multiple countries and regions.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and manage end-to-end payroll platforms and systems, customizing them according to business needs, including smooth integration of any acquisitions.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, including payroll system vendors and service providers across various UK and non-UK operations.
- Implement payroll system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations to improve efficiency and accuracy.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong technical payroll knowledge and experience.
- Experience implementing payroll policies on a global scale, ideally within France, Germany, USA, Oz, and Sweden.
- The ability to lead projects and support stakeholders involved in the process.
- CIPP/AAT qualifications are preferred but not essential.
- A competitive salary, 9% combined pension contribution, life assurance, and hybrid working arrangements.
- Some travel expected to other UK-based sites, but travel expenses will be paid.
