Payroll and Systems Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Payroll and Systems Manager to join our team at Identify Solutions. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing payroll operations across multiple countries and regions.
About the Role:- Lead the implementation and management of integrated payroll systems across the business, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing.
- Collaborate with internal payroll teams, HR, Finance, IT departments, and external vendors to ensure seamless payroll operations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including payroll system vendors and service providers.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Strong technical payroll knowledge and experience.
- Experience implementing payroll policies on a global scale, ideally within France, Germany, USA, Australia, and Sweden.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills.
- CIPP / AAT - preferred but not essential.
- 9% combined pension contribution.
- Life assurance - 4x salary.
- Hybrid working - you can be based anywhere in the UK, but our main UK sites are Solihull and Chepstow, so you will need to be accessible to these locations for one day a week.
- Some travel expected to other UK-based sites, but travel expenses will be paid.
