Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily laboratory operations, including staff, resources, and specialist technical services.
  • Supervise and train junior staff, ensuring quality assurance standards are met.
  • Report performance to senior management and work autonomously.

The successful candidate will have an MSc in Biochemistry, HCPC registration, and a management qualification. They will also have experience at a specialist level in biochemistry and the ability to lead others.

We offer a competitive salary of £52,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including pension scheme, annual leave, and training opportunities.
