Job Title: Apprentice Building/Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our dynamic Cost Management team in Manchester. As an Apprentice Building/Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in delivering high-profile infrastructure projects and contributing to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer contracts in line with project objectives and policies.
  • Provide accurate project cost monitoring, forecasting, and reporting to completion in line with budget.
  • Monitor and manage cost variance and contract cash flow, ensuring timely applications.
  • Collaborate with client and contractor teams to manage project deliverables, KPIs, and objectives.
  • Effectively manage contract change, ensuring projects remain within governance and adopt best practice.
  • Drive improvements in forecast and budget accuracy.
Requirements:
  • Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant subject.
  • Hold or be working towards an appropriate professional body membership or equivalent.
  • Contract Management (NEC3, Option C preferred).
