Business Development Director

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to lead our sales function and drive growth across our portfolio of services. As a key strategic sales role, you will be responsible for delivering agreed growth targets, taking ownership of existing transport capabilities, and creating new sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue and profit targets.
- Manage and lead a small team of sales professionals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
