Role Description
As an Educational Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the educational experiences of our students. This position offers flexibility in scheduling while working exclusively during term time. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of students, providing tailored support to those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
Your responsibilities will include:
● Collaborating with teachers to monitor and promote student progress
● Serving as a positive role model for students academically and socially
● Building and maintaining constructive relationships with colleagues and students
● Adapting to the evolving needs of the SEND department on a daily basis
● Identifying and pursuing professional development opportunities
● Maintaining accurate records and assessing students' needs
● Promoting inclusive practices and ensuring equal opportunities for all students
