About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our specialist SEND team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our students with special educational needs and disabilities to achieve their full potential.

Working as a Teaching Assistant may be the ideal role for you if you are enthusiastic about working with young people and want to make a real difference in their lives. We offer a high degree of flexibility around days and hours, working term-time only, and comprehensive training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge to excel in this role.

As a member of our SEND team, you will be part of a caring and flexible team that is dedicated to delivering the correct support to individual students. You will work collaboratively with subject teachers to ensure students' progress in individual subjects and act as a positive role model both socially and academically.

Key responsibilities include working collaboratively with subject teachers, acting as a positive role model, helping to foster and develop positive relationships with staff and peers, and being flexible to meet the dynamic needs of the SEND department on a daily basis.
