Kitchen Team Member Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook to join our kitchen team at Lyndon Croft Care Home in Solihull. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing meals, snacks, and beverages that cater to the dietary requirements of our residents.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our residents receive a high standard of care. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with the kitchen team to prepare meals and maintain a clean and safe kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing high-quality meals and snacks that meet the nutritional needs of our residents
  • Maintaining accurate stock records and ordering supplies as needed
  • Collaborating with the Quality Matters team to ensure excellent food safety standards
  • Providing a dignified dining experience for our residents
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have a genuine caring nature and a desire to make a real difference in the lives of others. A Food Hygiene and/or Catering qualification is desirable but not essential, as we can provide training and support.
