About This Opportunity

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team at CV Library.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and maintaining our computer infrastructure, including servers, storage, network systems, and management components.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical assistance and support to the helpdesk team and infrastructure technicians
  • Monitoring daily backup operations
  • Performing regular health and security monitoring of network, server, and end-user equipment
  • Supporting and maintaining Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPO configurations
  • Assisting with network architecture design, feasibility studies, and cost analysis

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of £60,000, 10% pension scheme, 26 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, bonus, private healthcare, and death in service benefits.
