We are seeking a skilled Coffee Machine Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for providing dedicated service to cruise ships, including global travel for maintenance and repair work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install coffee machines during dock times.
- Offer regional support across the UK between sailings.
- Ensure timely completion of cruise line service calls.
- Develop technical knowledge to support both cruise line and national operations.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have relevant industry experience with bean-to-cup coffee equipment and be proficient in using systems like Outlook, Excel, and Explorer. Additionally, they must be flexible and able to work under pressure, with a valid passport required for global travel. We offer a competitive annual salary of £40,000 - £50,000, company van (available for private use), annual bonus potential, mobile phone and laptop for service reports, company pension plan (10% non-contributory), private health cover, and death in service benefit.
