About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Scenic Project Manager to join our team at Live Recruitment. As a key member of our event production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of bespoke structures for live events.

Your primary focus will be on working closely with our Head of Scenic and Technical PMs to ensure seamless project delivery. This will involve maintaining and developing client relationships, attending and leading client meetings, conducting site visits, and taking clear and detailed briefs.

You will also be responsible for advising on solutions for client events, developing creative ideas and designs, preparing CAD drawings, specifying suitable materials and finishes, creating quotations, and managing budgets.

As a Scenic Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of events, from corporate and private events to public and sporting events. You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team that is passionate about delivering exceptional events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the delivery of bespoke structures for live events
  • Work closely with Head of Scenic and Technical PMs to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Maintain and develop client relationships
  • Attend and lead client meetings
