Job Title: Higher Level Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team at Long-term Teachers Ltd.

About the Role:

As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will be working closely with teachers and pupils to provide support and guidance in the classroom. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the delivery of the curriculum, ensuring that pupils receive the best possible education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in the planning, preparation, and delivery of lessons
  • Provide one-to-one support to pupils who require additional help
  • Help to maintain a safe and organized learning environment
  • Support the development of pupils' skills and knowledge
  • Communicate effectively with teachers, pupils, and parents

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of the Primary curriculum
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability
