Responsibilities:
  1. Create and deliver inspiring, high-quality lessons that cater to the diverse needs of all students.
  2. Establish a safe, inclusive, and motivating classroom environment that encourages children to learn and grow.
  3. Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and school leaders.
  4. Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
  5. Collaborate with parents and carers to support the overall development of each child.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Desirable: experience teaching in Key Stage 1 (Years 1-2).
  • Patient, adaptable, and proactive approach to teaching.
  • Enhanced DBS check (we can assist with this if necessary).

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
