Job Description: Bid Preparation Manager

We are seeking an experienced Bid Preparation Manager to join our team at Optima UK Inc Ltd. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting bids for client projects.

About the Role:

  • Prepare and submit bids for client projects, including cost estimates and project proposals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of bids.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of building law, regulations, contract law, and health & safety law.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical/architectural drawings.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (desirable).
  • Full UK driving licence (desirable).

Salary Range: £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
