Commercial Director

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Commercial Director to join our team at Samworth Brothers Limited. As a key member of our Food To Go Commercial Leadership Team, you will be responsible for the relationship and performance management of customers across retail and coffee shop customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement account strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage new product development and end-to-end activity, including promotional and pricing strategies.
- Ensure the accuracy of commercial forecasts and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain financial metrics to achieve agreed minimum gross margin percentages.
- Develop and implement a development plan for each team member, focusing on key strengths, development priorities, and career development paths.
- Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant subject.
- Experience within FMCG and Food Manufacturing.
- Excellent leadership skills with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High commercial acumen and numerical ability.
- Strong organisational, presentation, and project management skills.
