We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Strategic Improvement Coach to join our team at the University of Stirling. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in driving improvement and innovation in adult social care.
About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a senior coach to lead and design strategic improvement projects within adult social care. You will work closely with local stakeholders to design and deliver change projects, ensuring that the local site/service commits to the active and meaningful involvement of people whose voices are seldom heard.
Key Responsibilities- Lead negotiation with the Demonstrator site regarding support and responsibilities
- Review and synthesise evidence on the topic in question
- Design the change project and articulate a local 'theory of change'
- Facilitate the change project on the ground, bringing together key stakeholders
- Ensure co-production and equality, diversity, and inclusion in all stages of the project
- Support a local evaluator in leading an evaluation of the project
- Work with national policy and practice partners to embed lessons learned nationally
- First degree or equivalent professional qualification or sufficient practical experience
- Senior experience as a manager or practitioner in relevant fields
- Extensive experience of leading and designing strategic improvement projects
- Commitment to co-production and knowledge of how to embed these values in practice
- Understanding of factors that enable or prevent change in adult social care
