About the Role

We are seeking an Employment Relations Consultant to join our team at the National Nuclear Laboratory. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with HR Business Partners to deliver exceptional HR support and advisory services to the business.

You will be responsible for providing sound HR advice on people matters, coaching line managers and employees, and ensuring compliance with current employment legislation. A strong understanding of employment law and proven ability to handle complex employee relations matters are essential.

A generous salary of £42,000 - £58,000 per annum, depending on experience, reflects the company's commitment to attracting and retaining skilled professionals. Additional benefits include access to 'Mydiscounts', Health Care savings plan, and enhanced sick pay benefits.
