We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to join our relief team as an Early Years Educator. This role presents a unique opportunity to provide outstanding care and education for children aged 0-5 years across various nursery locations.

This position requires a special individual who is naturally nurturing, caring, and committed to empowering young minds. Ideally, you will have experience caring for children under five and an interest in child development and how children learn.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute towards the on-going success of Childbase Partnership by providing relief cover for team holidays, training, and other staff leave
  • Work collaboratively with all age groups (0-5 years) across various nursery locations to deliver high-quality early years education
Requirements:
  • Naturally empathetic, caring, and compassionate to others
  • Experience caring for children under five, ideally in a nursery environment
  • Interest in child development and how children learn

  • Hourly pay rate: £11.88-£13.11 (level 3 or above), £11.83 (level 2), or £11.77 (non-early years qualified)
