Compassionate Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by providing high-quality care and support in their own homes.
As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care, mobility, and companionship. You will also be required to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to our company's policies and procedures.
About the Role

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £10.42-£13.20, plus petrol pay, and excellent opportunities for learning and development. Key Responsibilities
* Providing high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes
* Assisting with daily living tasks, including personal care, mobility, and companionship
* Maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to company policies and procedures
* Working collaboratively with other members of the care team to deliver exceptional care and support
Requirements
* Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (or ability to find alternative transportation)
* Previous experience in care or a related field (not essential but desirable)
* Flexibility to work alternate weekends and varying shifts
