Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Associate or Vice President level banker to join our team at Goodman Masson. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in infrastructure and energy transactions and be looking for a challenging and progressive platform to advance their career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage live transactions and oversee the production of marketing presentations, information memoranda, and other transaction documentation.
- Take a lead role in developing strategic ideas for clients and provide support to senior professionals in maintaining client relationships and generating new business.
- Contribute to the development of client relationships and help drive business growth in the infrastructure and energy sectors.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in infrastructure and energy transactions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
