Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Associate or Vice President level banker to join our team as an Energy & Infrastructure Mergers and Acquisitions professional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage live transactions and oversee the production of marketing presentations, Information Memoranda, and other transaction documentation.
  • Take a lead role in developing strategic ideas for clients and provide support to senior professionals in maintaining client relationships and generating new business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in M&A and a passion for the energy and infrastructure sector. They will be responsible for driving deal execution and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
