Digital Marketing Specialist

We're seeking a talented Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at Wickes, a leading home improvement retailer. As a key member of our Digital Marketing team, you'll play a crucial role in driving traffic to our website and supporting our business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day operations of our Paid Search and Affiliate Marketing channels, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
- Collaborate with our agency partners to develop and execute campaign strategies, leveraging data-driven insights to drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and alignment across teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to continuously improve our digital marketing efforts.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to inform business decisions.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Paid Search and Affiliate Marketing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business growth.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio, and Google Sheets/Excel.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
