About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at Jobheron, a leading provider of warehouse and industrial storage solutions. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our financial operations, including sales and purchase ledgers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Data Management: Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including sales and purchase ledgers.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee and manage the payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payment of employees.
  • Supplier and Customer Management: Record and process supplier invoices and credit notes accurately in the purchasing ledger, and customer invoices and credit notes accurately in the sales ledger.
  • Financial Reporting: Generate and review reports related to purchase orders, invoices, and payments.
  • Compliance and Auditing: Maintain accurate records and documentation for auditing and compliance purposes.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: A-levels or equivalent qualifications; a relevant financial qualification (e.g., AAT) is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within an accounts or finance department.
  • Skills: Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail, excellent organisational and time-management abilities, good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
