Job Overview

Proximity Recruitment is seeking a talented Internal Communications Manager to elevate internal communications with consistent and strategic messages in a people-led organisation.

This high-profile role spans UK & US workforces, collaborating with a 50-person strong digital, marketing & design team to own the IC strategy & brand story.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute an internal communications strategy that fosters a culture of two-way communication and engagement.
  • Cultivate an organisational culture where internal communication is at the core of success, and every team member is engaged in enhancing communication.
  • Advocate the critical role of internal communication in the business and ensure consistent brand usage.
  • Assess the performance of internal communications and implement improvements.
  • Create and manage compelling, consistent, and engaging content for various communication channels.
  • Implement, develop, and oversee internal communication activities and initiatives.
  • Manage and moderate engagement on the internal HR platform.
  • Drive a unified and authentic voice in all internal communications to reinforce the brand identity.

The role benefits from home working once a week and works closely with the Owner, the CMO & the Head of Brand. The role's salary bracket is broad to encourage the engagement of the right person at whatever stage of career they are at. There are also huge training & development opportunities with the firm.
