We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Director to join our team at TAINA Technology Limited. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for building and leading our Customer Success and Support areas to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive customer success strategy aligned with the company's overall vision and objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Account and Implementation Managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Oversee the Customer Support Team to ensure timely resolution of customer queries.
  • Provide strategic guidance, coaching, and mentorship to the team to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
  • Grow your people by delivering effective feedback, coaching, enablement, and recognition.
  • Enable your team to achieve by organizing around a set of key performance indicators to deliver against weekly and long-term targets.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of leading and scaling high-performing customer success teams in a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Experience with leading customer implementations and managing a team that owns renewal, expansion, and upsells.
  • Extensive experience in developing and executing customer success strategies that drive adoption, retention, and expansion.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive decision-making.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer advocacy.
