Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Dietitian to join our team at United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust. As a Nutrition Support Specialist, you will provide high-quality dietetic care to patients across both inpatient and outpatient settings.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in nutrition support, with experience of working with complex patients requiring enteral feeding via different routes/tubes. You will be responsible for developing and reviewing resources, including policies, guidelines, and diet sheets, to ensure that your practice reflects the latest evidence base and guidelines.

A key aspect of this role is the opportunity to work towards taking on line management responsibility, including recruitment and induction of new staff within the dietetic team as required, clinical supervision, professional development, and appraisal.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £41,000 - £47,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive free staff parking and have access to a flexible working policy.

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a supportive and collaborative working environment, where you will have the opportunity to contribute to high-quality dietetic care being delivered equitably across both sites. If you are a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care, we would love to hear from you.
