At Restaurant Associates, we pride ourselves on providing an unparalleled dining experience at the iconic Glyndebourne Opera House. With three restaurants, two bars, private dining rooms, and fabulous picnic areas, our team of experts offers a range of culinary options to suit every taste and preference.
We are seeking a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our restaurant team during the Summer Opera Festival from May to August 2025. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of service delivery.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in a fast-paced hospitality environment. They must possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, along with free shuttle bus services from Lewes train station, free onsite parking, and weekly paid Tronc.
**Key Requirements:**
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a senior restaurant management role
- Proven track record of sales growth and customer satisfaction improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions quickly
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
