The Role

We seek a detail-oriented Credit Risk Analyst to join our Credit Risk team. The successful candidate will support collections data analysis and contribute to strategy improvements aimed at optimising our collections and recoveries processes.

  • Perform data-driven analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in collections data.
  • Collaborate with the Collections Operations team to design and implement strategies that optimise collections performance and reduce credit risk.
  • Maintain accuracy and integrity of collections data by updating relevant databases and systems.

Key Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of SQL.
  • Experience in credit collections.
  • Understanding of the SME collections process.
