About the Job:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Principal Building Control Surveyor to lead our building control team in Cheshire West and Chester. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career and contribute to the success of our team.
About You:
- You will have extensive experience in building control, including leadership roles and expertise in Building Regulations and allied legislation.
- You will be registered with the Building Safety Regulator at Class 2F and have a valid license for building regulation activities.
- You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients.
- You will be able to work from home and have access to a vehicle for work purposes.
