Nighttime Care Support Needed for Adults with Autism

As a dedicated member of our Nights Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, dignity, and happiness of adults with autism, complex needs, and/or learning disabilities.

Your responsibilities will include performing nightly tasks such as personal care routines, supporting individuals to develop independent life skills, and accurate record keeping.

To succeed in this position, you should have prior experience in care settings, preferably working with adults with autism, and possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

We place great emphasis on safeguarding, so you must be able to maintain a strong safeguarding culture and ensure the well-being of all residents.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £27,950.00, with opportunities for career advancement through our training programmes.
