We are seeking a compassionate and skilled individual to join our team as a Waking Night Support Worker at Watermill, a specialist service rated Outstanding by the CQC.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personalized support to adults with autism, complex needs, and/or learning disabilities, ensuring their safety, dignity, and well-being throughout the night.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong safeguarding skills, effective communication, and ability to work independently.
You will be part of a close-knit team committed to delivering high-quality support services, maintaining a safe environment, and promoting the autonomy of our residents.
Suitable candidates will have prior experience in care settings, preferably working with adults with autism, and possess excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
The estimated salary for this position is £27,950.00 per annum, with opportunities for professional development through our 'Journey to Management' programme.
