About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Practitioner to join our team at Bridgewater Community Healthcare. As a Senior Clinical Practitioner, you will work autonomously to provide assessment, diagnostics, diagnosis, treatment, and advice to patients in our busy urgent care centre.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide extended skills in the management of a wide range of healthcare problems, including minor illness and injury.
  • Exercise professional, independent, and clinical judgement in managing or referring clients to various primary and secondary care services.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 6 months' experience as a Clinical Practitioner within the last 3 years in A&E and Walk-in Centre/Urgent Care Centre/Urgent Treatment Centre.
  • Clinical Examination and Diagnostics - Level 7.
  • Able to see and treat minor injuries.
  • Able to clinically examine and diagnose children of all ages, including neonates.
  • Provide evidence of Prescribing (V300), ILS/PILS.
