Job Summary

We're seeking a Front of House Team Member to join our team at the Riverside Inn. As a Front of House Team Member, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage every guest, ensuring they have a memorable experience
  • Prepare and serve high-quality food and drink, making recommendations to elevate guest experiences
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and colleagues

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years old, as this role involves the sale of alcohol
  • Be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
