Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Front of House Team Member to join our team at the Riverside Inn. As a Front of House Team Member, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and providing top-notch service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage every guest, making them feel valued and appreciated.
  • Prepare and serve high-quality food and drink, exceeding our guests' expectations.
  • Make recommendations that elevate guest experiences, showcasing our menu and drinks offerings.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and colleagues, upholding our high standards.

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years old, as this role involves the sale of alcohol.
  • Have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a warm atmosphere.
  • Be able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
